Some payment options are provided by third parties for example Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna and your use of them is subject to their terms.

Orders and processing
Orders are processed on business days in New South Wales and may ship quickly. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. We may at our discretion assist if you contact us immediately after purchase, but we cannot guarantee changes. You will receive tracking details when your order is dispatched. If a parcel is unclaimed or refused and the carrier cannot arrange re delivery within their time limits, it may be returned or disposed of by the carrier. Where disposal occurs, a refund may not be available to the extent permitted by law.
Fraud and verification
We take measures to prevent fraud. If we suspect an order is unauthorised or high risk, we may contact you for verification. If you do not respond within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order.
Cancellation by HARLOW G
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or description, or we suspect misuse or fraud. If we cancel, we will notify you and refund any amounts paid for the cancelled items.
Returns, refunds, and faulty items
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.
Change of mind returns for buy now pay later purchases for example Afterpay, PayPal, or Klarna are issued as store credit only for the item price and exclude the original shipping fee and any return postage, unless the item is faulty.
- Faulty goods are handled under our Faulty items process and may be refunded to the original payment method once approved and received at our premises.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are governed by our Promotions and discount codes policy. Codes must be applied at checkout and only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Delivery restrictions
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or freight forwarding addresses. Orders to these address types may be cancelled. Please provide a residential or business street address.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
