At HARLOW G, we produce exclusive pieces in limited quantities. Once sold out, they will not be restocked.
Be sure to make your purchase swiftly so your can have your favourite pieces before they are gone.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you are welcome to initiate for a store credit or return according to our returns policy. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com.

If you have accidentally entered the wrong address or ordered the incorrect size, our packing team processes and dispatches orders quickly to ensure your favourite piece arrives in time.

Changes to your order are possible within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed. While we can modify orders within this timeframe, cancellations are not possible. Customers can initiate a request for a store credit or refund upon the arrival of the order, in accordance with our flexible return and store credit policy.

Therefore, once an order is placed, we are generally unable to change any details. However, we are committed to assisting you. Please email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

HARLOW G does not accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Returns, for store credit or refunds are not available for sale items. All sale items are considered final sale. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy on the returns page

HARLOW G cannot deliver to PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

Please allow up to 1 hour for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox.
The email may be marked as junk/spam and if so, please update HARLOW G as “safe” for next time!

If an error message keeps occurring during your checkout process, often there is a credit card problem, or an error with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use.
To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information.
If the error message keeps re-occurring, email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com with a screenshot of the error as well as details of your browser, phone, or computer so that our tech team can help you out even faster.

If you make a return using any of the above providers, HARLOW G will issue you either a refund or store credit. It must be ensured that the customer remains responsible for any outstanding payments owed to the service provider. HARLOW G does not take responsibility for or liability for those outstanding payments.

HARLOW G is exclusively online, allowing us to serve customers worldwide. While we do not have a physical location to shop at, this enables us to offer our products at more affordable prices.
