HARLOW G offers the following payment options:

Buy now pay later: Afterpay, Klarna
All payment options are securely processed by their respective providers. Card payments and eligible digital wallets are processed by Stripe. Transactions made with Afterpay, PayPal, and Klarna are processed by those providers.
Availability and limits
Afterpay and PayPal are available for orders placed within Australia. Orders must total 90 AUD or more to use these providers. These limits cannot be waived.

All payments to HARLOW G are securely processed using Transport Layer Security encryption. Your credit or debit card details and your Afterpay, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay credentials are transmitted directly to and handled securely by their respective providers. HARLOW G does not receive or store your full card number or CVV.
HARLOW G cannot access your Afterpay, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay account information. We only receive limited details needed to complete your order, such as your name, email address, and confirmation that a payment was authorised. We do not have access to your passwords or full payment credentials.
We offer buy now pay later payment options that allow you to pay in instalments, including Afterpay, PayPal, and Klarna.
Each provider has its own instalment plans, policies, and terms and conditions. You are subject to the terms of the provider you choose. Payment is arranged between you and the provider, who will present your full payment schedule at checkout.
HARLOW G is not responsible for any repayments, interest, fees, or charges set by these providers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all payments are completed.
Returns for orders paid by buy now pay later:
If you return an order paid using Afterpay, PayPal, or Klarna, you will receive store credit only for the item price. The original shipping fee is non refundable and return postage is not covered, unless the item is confirmed as faulty under our faulty items process.
Please continue making your scheduled instalment payments until your provider confirms any changes to avoid dishonour fees. HARLOW G will not be liable for any outstanding payments, fees, or charges.
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars AUD by default. You can choose your preferred currency using the currency selector. Orders are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
HARLOW G sets prices in each currency and does not adjust them in real time to current exchange rates. We are not liable for any difference between the AUD price on our site and current exchange rates. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
You are welcome to view and purchase in your preferred currency at any time.
Afterpay, PayPal, Klarna
If you experience issues at checkout, please contact the provider directly. They can view your account status and advise on the fastest fix. Include your order number, a screenshot of the error, and any reference codes.
Credit and debit cards
If you have difficulty checking out, please:
Double check the card number, name, expiry, and CVV
Ensure the billing address matches your bank records
Confirm there are sufficient funds and that daily limits are not reached
Complete any security prompts such as one time passwords or 3D Secure codes
Try a different browser or device, clear cache and cookies, and disable any VPN
Contact your card issuer to allow online or international transactions if needed
If the issue is not with your card issuer, you may wish to try an alternative payment method or email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com.au for further assistance. Please include screenshots, the error message, and your device and browser details.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Ensure your device and browser support the wallet, your card is added and verified, and your device region is set correctly. If the issue persists, contact Apple Support, Google Support, or your card issuer.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we cannot make changes. Our team processes and packs orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please use our returns process once your parcel arrives. Eligible items may be returned for a store credit or refund in line with our returns policy.

Please allow up to one hour for your order confirmation email to arrive in the inbox of your registered email address.
If you cannot find it, check your Junk or Spam folders and the Promotions tab. Mark HARLOW G as a safe sender by adding customercare@harlowg.com.au to your contacts and moving any message to your inbox.
If you still have not received your order confirmation after the timeframe, email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com.au with your order number and full name, and we will assist you.
If you have accidentally placed a duplicate order, please email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com.au immediately with your order numbers and full name. We will investigate and, where possible, cancel the duplicate before the payment is processed.
If the duplicate order has already shipped, it will be refunded once the parcel is returned and received at our premises, in line with our returns policy. Please follow the returns process to send the parcel back.
