At HARLOW G, we produce exclusive pieces in limited quantities. Once a style is sold out, it will not be restocked. Be sure to purchase quickly so you can secure your favourite pieces before they are gone.

To avoid missing out, sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications when new stock becomes available. You can also follow @harlowgofficial for the latest updates.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you change your mind, please use our returns process once your parcel arrives. Eligible items may be returned for a store credit or refund in line with our returns policy.

Our packing team processes and dispatches orders quickly to get your favourite piece to you.

Changes may be possible within one hour of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed. While we can modify details within this timeframe, cancellations are not possible. If you change your mind later, please use our returns process once your parcel arrives. Eligible items may be returned for a store credit or refund in line with our returns policy.

Because orders move fast, we are generally unable to change details once an order is placed. If you entered the wrong address or size, email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com.au immediately with your order number and the correct details, and we will do our best to help.

HARLOW G does not accept responsibility for incorrect details entered at checkout.

Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit. This includes items purchased during promotional events or with markdown pricing. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods, which are handled under our faulty items process. For full details, please see our Returns Policy on the returns page.

HARLOW G cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or freight forwarding addresses. Orders placed with any of these address types may be cancelled. Please use a residential or business street address at checkout. If you entered a restricted address, email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com.au immediately so we can update your details and avoid delays.

Please allow up to one hour for your order confirmation email to arrive in the inbox of your registered email address.
If you cannot find it, check your Junk or Spam folders and the Promotions tab. Mark HARLOW G as a safe.

You can also sign in to your account or create one to view your order history, tracking details, and more.

If you still have not received your order confirmation after this timeframe, email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com.au with your order number and full name, and we will assist you.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you your tracking link and number. You can follow your delivery through the courier website. Please check your inbox for updates, and if you cannot find the email, look in your Junk or Spam folders and the Promotions tab.

After your parcel arrives, we may get in touch to hear how you are enjoying your new HARLOW G items.

If an error message keeps appearing during checkout, it is usually due to a card issue or a mismatch in your billing or shipping address.

Try the following

  • Re enter your name and address exactly as they appear with your bank, including suburb, state, and postcode

  • Check the card number, name, expiry, and CVV

  • Ensure the billing address matches your bank records

  • Complete any security prompts such as one time passwords or 3D Secure codes

  • Try a different browser or device, clear cache and cookies, and disable any VPN or ad blocker

  • Try an alternative payment method such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, or Klarna

If the error still appears, email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com.au with a screenshot of the error, your cart total, and your device and browser details. For your security, please do not include your full card number or CVV.

Creating an account with HARLOW G lets you shop our collections, manage your cart, save a wish list, and receive updates by email. Our emails keep you informed about new arrivals, upcoming sales, promotions, and exclusive offers, so you never miss out.

If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your Junk or Spam folders or email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com.au

At checkout, enter your valid code in the Coupon Code field and select Apply.
Only one promo or discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be applied after the order is placed.

If you have any issues, email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com.au with your order number, the code you used, and a screenshot of any error message.

Buy now pay later
Buy now pay later options available at HARLOW G include Afterpay, PayPal, and Klarna.

Each provider has its own instalment plans, policies, and terms and conditions. You are subject to the terms of the provider you choose. Payment is arranged between you and the provider.

HARLOW G is not responsible for any repayments, interest, fees, or charges set by these providers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all payments are completed.

Returns for orders paid by buy now pay later
If you return an order paid using Afterpay, PayPal, or Klarna, you will receive store credit only for change of mind. The original shipping fee is not refundable and return postage is not covered, unless the item is faulty under our faulty items process. Please continue making your scheduled instalment payments until your provider confirms any changes.

HARLOW G is designed in Australia by our founder and design team. Every print and detail is created in house to keep each piece unique and exclusive.

We partner with trusted small manufacturers, many of them family owned, across India, Bali, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, and other regions. Each partner aligns with our values and quality standards, and we work closely from sampling through to final checks to deliver beautiful pieces at the best possible price.

Please enter your discount code at checkout before completing payment. Discounts and promotions cannot be added once an order is confirmed, paid, or processing.

HARLOW G operates exclusively online, which helps us keep prices more affordable while serving customers worldwide. We do not have a physical store at the moment.

From time to time we host pop ups at markets around Sydney, and we are exploring more pop ups in shopping centres and other locations in the future.

Our head office is in Sydney, Australia. We design here, work with trusted makers globally, and ship everywhere.
