HARLOW G offers several payment methods: For Credit/Debit Card we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex.
For buy now pay later services, Afterpay, PayPal and Klarna. 

All payments options are securely processed via the respective third parties: Stripe for credit and debit cards, Afterpay for Afterpay, PayPal for PayPal and Klarna for Klarna

Afterpay and PayPal are available for orders being placed within Australia orders must total $90 AUD (Australian Dollars) to use the service provider, these limits cannot be waived.

All payments to HARLOW G are securely processed using industry-grade TSL security. Your credit card number, Afterpay, PayPal, and Klarna login details are secured with and solely by them. HARLOW G is never, at any time, able to see your credit card information including the name, number, expiry and CVV.

HARLOW G is never able to see your Afterpay, PayPal, Klarna account information, only the username or email address with which your account is associated.

We offer various buy-now-pay-later service payment options that allow you to pay in instalments including Afterpay/PayPal/Klarna.

buy-now-pay-later service providers each have their own Instalment plans, Policies and Terms & Conditions.

HARLOW G has no responsibility for the repayments, interest, fees, and charges set by these service providers. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle these financial obligations. You are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment method provider.

Payment is arranged between you and the third-party payment processor. They will provide you with the full payment schedule as you complete the purchase.

If you make a return using any of the above providers,You are eligible for store credit only—unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on buy-now-pay-later purchases. The store credit amount will be equal to the original order value minus return shipping fees

It must be ensured that the customer remains responsible for any outstanding payments owed to the service provider. HARLOW G does not take responsibility or liability for any outstanding payments that remain.

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default. However, you can choose your preferred currency using the currency selection option. Prices shown in a specific currency will also be charged in that currency. HARLOW G does not adjust prices based on the current exchange rate and will not be liable if any item’s price in AUD does not match the current exchange rate. You are welcome to view and purchase in either currency at any time.

Afterpay/PayPal/Klarna – If you are experiencing issues while checkout, please contact provider directly about the issue, as they can assist you faster with more accurate information on how to resolve the issue.

Credit/Debit Card – If you are having difficulty checking out, or paying with your credit card – please double-check that you have entered the credit card details correctly. Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to provide or make any changes to an order once confirmed. Our team processes and packs orders at lightning speed so you can receive your order. Customers can initiate a return or store credit upon the arrival of your order in line with our return policy.

If you have placed a duplicate order email our customer care team at customercare@harlowg.com immediately so that we can investigate the issue and have the duplicate order payment reversed before it is processed. Any duplicate orders that have been shipped before HARLOW G has been notified will be refunded once the order has been returned to our returns address.
